We write individual contracts to suit your particular needs and price accordingly. However we do have a standard keyholding charge. We are pleased to give a free quotation for all other aspects of our service.

Secure keyholding service
- £120 a year or £15 a month

Home checks on contract
- We offer two options but will discuss alternatives if you wish.
a) A price for a visit of an hour on site (we can do a lot in an hour to give your empty property the "lived in" look that is so important to security as well as attending to minor property maintenance).
b) A price for a visit of 30 mins on site (sufficient for our standard checks, dealing with mail etc).

Alarm/emergency callouts to your property
- A standard fee during our normal working day*.
- With slightly more out of normal working hours, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Holiday Home Management of Changeovers
- We are happy to discuss clients' service requirements individually and quote accordingly.

*Our normal working hours are 0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday except for Bank Holidays.

Payment terms and conditions:

• We invoice on contracts quarterly or monthly (as appropriate) in advance.
• Other property management work is invoiced monthly in arrears.
• Major property maintenance works and projects to be paid for under individual agreement.
• Prices outside of agreed contracts are subject to change, but at least one month’'s notice will be given.
• Cheques are payable to Your Key Concierge.
