• Make regular checks on your holiday home as agreed with you. We are flexible in our keyholding contracts.
• With our holiday home keyholding service, make internal and external checks for, security, vandalism, weather damage, water ingress, pest damage, electrical failure, winter heating and any other property maintenance and management needs.
• Manage your holiday home letting changeovers with a full changeover service to include; cleaning, inventory checks, fault reporting, guest 24hr on-call service
• Provide 24 hour/7 day a week emergency and alarm call out for your holiday home.
• Put in hand emergency holiday home repairs and property maintenance with reputable local tradesmen. Or we can carry out minor tasks ourselves as part of our regular visits to your holiday home and included in the keyholding contracted price.
• Remove mail from your holiday home doormat and forward if required.
• Care for plants.
• Provide cleaning and gardening services and prepare your holiday home for the next visit of you or your guests.

Each visit to your holiday home is followed up with a written report, emailed to you if required and/or a short “all OK with your property” text message. If in any doubt, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
